How to complete Actions
As part of the application process you will be sent actions that you are required to complete. This will include providing documentation to support your application.
Any pending actions are clearly identified and can be accessed by selecting the pending actions tile or the actions button on the My Account page.
If any documentation is not acceptable, an action may be re-requested. It may also be necessary for further actions to be raised, dependant on the information submitted.
There may be a timescale attached to your action. It is important you adhere to this.
