Social Housing is in very short supply and so we are looking again at our policy to ensure that when we are making decisions about who should be allocated a home the households in most need are prioritised.  

In the interim, and to help us manage demand while we make these changes, Dudley MBC has taken the decision to no longer accept applications from current Dudley Council tenants where there is no urgent need to move.

Please do not complete the online application form unless your need to move is urgent, for example due to an accessibility problem or a hazard at your home.
